Brandy has settled up with the children of a woman who was killed after the singer hit her car in 2006.
Papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court state that Awatef Aboudihaj’s two kids will each get $300,000 from Brandy, TMZ.com reports.
The singer still hasn’t reached a settlement with the victims husband, Marouane Hdidou; he turned down an offer of $1.2 million back in February.
Awatef died after Brandy struck her car with a Range Rover in 2006 near the interchange L.A. freeways 405 and 101; the incident caused a four-car pile up.
Usmagazine.com reports that Brandy wasn’t charged in the incident because police ruled that there wasn’t enough evidence to prove she’d committed vehicular manslaughter.
