The BET Hip Hop Awards weekend started with “An Evening of Luxury” at Club Vanquish, hosted by Interscope Geffen A&M Records and the Fifth Street Agency. Catering to entertainment moguls, record label executives, celebrities, and nominees, the annual party recognized all the notable achievements of the year.
As celebs like So So Def artist Dondria and reality star Phaedra Parks and her husband Apollo rolled through, sexy models walked around with Beats by Dre headphones so guests could try them out. I was in the middle of the celebration when I put them on to listen to Diddy Dirty Money and once they hit my ears, I could hear absolutely nothing except what I had playing on the iPad.
