Could Chris Tucker be gearing up for a full-on Friday reunion?
According to TMZ.com, the comedian could be laying the ground work for bringing back most of the original Friday cast for a third sequel.
Tiny Lister, who got knocked out playing Deebo in the original, said that Chris flew him out to Los Angeles on his private jet to talk about a possible reunion.
Although playing Smokey in Friday propelled Chris into superstardom, at one point he’d refused to do any follow-ups on the urban comedy. He cited religious reasons for his departure from the franchise.
However, Tiny dished that both Chris and Ice Cube are preparing to have a serious talk about a fourth installment in the franchise next week. "This is gonna be a big one," he said.
Back in May, John Witherspoon spoke on the possibility of another Friday film when he announced that "The Boondocks" would be coming back for a fourth season.
