Will and Jaden Smith may have to make room for two more Black stars on the cast of 1000 AE.
According to BlackFilm.com, M. Night Shyamalan, Zoe Kravitz and Sophie Okonedo are in talks to star in Columbia’s upcoming sci-fi flick. If the pair ink contracts, then Sophie would play Will’s wife and Zoe would be his daughter
1000 AE is set in the future, when Earth has become an inhospitable wasteland. Will’s character is considered a hero among his people, but when his ship crashes on Earth, it’s up to his son (played by Jaden) to save him.
Columbia would like to begin production early next year, but the movie isn’t due out until June 2013.
