Fiery “Basketball Wives” star, Evelyn Lozada is being sued for allegedly receiving a great amount of money illegally, TMZ reported.
The ex-fiancée of former NBA star, Antoine Walker, is under fire because although Antoine filed for bankruptcy last year, Evelyn was still receiving money from him.
TMZ reported, “The trustee has sued Lozada, claiming the transfer was fraudulent—an attempt to hide money from legitimate creditors.”
Evelyn is also accused of using Antoine’s money to open up her shoe store, Dulce, where she’s often seen on episodes of “Basketball Wives.”
TMZ said, “Sources say Lozada funded Dulce NOT with the $560k, but by selling her engagement ring. And, our sources say, Lozada had no idea Walker was so deep in debt.”
Antoine was in the league for more than 10 years. He was able to make $110 million dollars during that period of time. With no money, what is next?
Evelyn is a new fiancée to Chad Ochocinco, NFL player for the New England Patriots. He also makes a huge chunk of change from a sport, endorsements, and shows. Let’s hope he’s not next to see his money disappear.
