Is Jada Pinkett-Smith gearing up for a nasty split by hiring Maria Shriver’s divorce lawyer?
It looks like Jada and hubby Will Smith just couldn’t leave persistent rumors of a split back in 2011!
InTouch Weekly reports that Jada recently met with attorney Laura Wasser, who has also represented Kim Kardashian. A source close to the actress said Jada has "finally begun to take steps to dissolve their marriage."
Jada has even turned down a role in a film, to be directed by Keanu Reeves, to be with her kids during this "difficult time."
This comes after Will and Jada denied reports back in August that they were going their separate ways after 13 years of marriage. At the time, they released a statement, saying, "Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact."
Although the pair have been hounded by buzz of marital problems ever since, they have not released any additional statements on the matter.
