Another creditor wants its cut of Michael Jackson’s estate.
According to TMZ.com, South Korean newspaper Segye Times is seeking $7,865,730.78 from the estate for a lawsuit it won against Katherine, Joe and Jermaine Jackson.
The newspaper won the judgment, which also lists the Jackson Record Company as a defendant, in 1994 and the Jacksons were ordered to pay them $4 million.
In the suit, Segye Times alleges that it paid the Jacksons $5.5 million for a series of family concerts in 1989, but that the shows never happened.
The newspapers never sued Michael for the no-show while he was still alive, but they still want the estate to settle the 15-year debt.
