Despite emerging reports that Whitney Houston’s death was most likely an accident, Bobby Brown’s sister, Leolah, disagrees and has a warning for Bobbi Kristina.
“I believe Whitney’s death was not accidental. It’s very important to know that [Whitney] did not just pass away like that, and if it’s the last thing that I do, I’m going to find out what truly happened to my sister,” said Leolah, whose lawyer advised her not to go into detail about her suspicions.
While the official cause of Whitney’s death has yet to be revealed, E! News is reporting that it will be ruled accidental.
“She had no marks on her body whatsoever to indicate a struggle, and she was the furthest thing from trying to kill herself,” a source close to the investigation told E!
On Feb. 11, Whitney was found in a bathtub in a Beverly Hilton hotel room in which several prescription bottles were located. Many have assumed it was an accidental mixture of pills and alcohol that caused her death, but foul play can’t be completely ruled out until toxicology tests are completed.
Whether Whitney’s death was an accident or something more sinister, Leolah seems to think Bobbi Kristina is at risk. She expressed concern about those who may take advantage of Bobbi while she’s in a fragile state.
“Krissy is not safe right now,” she told “Access Hollywood.”
“I want to say to Krissy that it’s very, very, very important that she does not trust anybody at this time, except her father, her grandmother Cissy and myself and I mean that,” she said.
