We didn’t know much about Donald Driver before last night, but if we learned anything on Monday night it’s that he packs a LOT of personality and energy.
When David met Peta he seemed overjoyed at his pairing, and he couldn’t wait to shake his booty! He was so eager to get started he started getting his groove on at home.
That enthusiasm kept itself up all the way through practice, which is good match for Peta who sent home early last season. With a Super Bowl championship on his resume, David knows what it takes to win. They fully intend to snag that mirror ball trophy, and they took some decent first steps toward that goal with the Cha-Cha.
We think Donald is going to be fun to watch as the weeks progress, but his opening scores could have been higher. They weren’t dismal, but they did land him at the bottom of the leader board.
To be honest, there were a couple moments where his footwork was not so impressive, but for the most part he was on-point with his steps! We feel he probably should have gotten something a little higher than 21.
