Enhanced audio of George Zimmerman’s 911 call proves that he didn’t use a racial slur before shooting Trayvon Martin as originally thought.
Members of George’s legal team insist that he didn’t call Trayvon a "punk" before shooting the Florida teen on February 26. Forensic expert, Tom Owen, agrees with their claims after analyzing enhanced audio of his 911 call.
After hearing an initial copy of the 911 call, people thought that the garbled phrase they heard was George calling Trayvon a "coon." On the enhanced audio, however, Tom said it sounds more like the shooter said "f*cking punk" before firing.
