Fantasia Barrino is ready to move on with her life, and she’s starting by putting her home up for sale for a huge discount.
TMZ.com reports that Fanny is offering up her five-bedroom home in North Caroline for about $800,000. At this price Fantasia is taking at least a $500,000 loss on the home, which she bought in 2007 for $1.3 million. It seems as though it won’t be a seller’s market for the "Bittersweet" singer.
Fantasia nearly lost the home in 2009 due to foreclosure for supposedly defaulting on a $58,000 loan.
