Jackie Christie nervous about ‘BBW: LA’ 2

Despite what critics say, and a boycott of the “Basketball Wives” spin-off “Ev & Ocho,” Jackie Christie doesn’t seem to have a problem with what the show depicts.

“I will say I think VH1 is doing a good job of portraying the wives. Of course, they cut and edit things, but they are only editing things that we do,” Jackie told BossChicks. “I can say I’m very pleased with how I was portrayed on the show.”

Jackie’s satisfaction with her portrayal on “Basketball Wives: LA” may come as a surprise to viewers who watched as she was confronted by her entire cast and eventually asked to leave the island where they vacationed.

It was a dramatic ousting, but not as hostile as the trips taken by the cast of the Miami series, which has received much criticism.

Although many have taken aim at “Basketball Wives” recently, the L.A. spin-off hasn’t come under as much fire lately. That’s not to suggest season 2 will be drama-free.

“I’m actually excited! I’m a little apprehensive but excited. I know that some of the girls might come back and have a few bones to pick and that’s fine. I believe that we are all grown women and should be able to admit to things that we said. The he say/she say, I don’t deal with it. If you’re grown, say, ‘I said it,’ because I’m going to put it all on the table,” she said.
