Designer Alexander McQueen, known for his edgy, quirky style, is officially in the Target building! Well, not until March, but images have surfaced from his highly anticipated line.
From what we’ve seen, buyers can expect right-now shapes in muted colors. No word on the prices yet, but other designer Target collections, like the recent Thakoon for Target’s Go International, offer pieces from around $15 to $40 each.
We loved nearly everything in the collection, but here are some of our favorite looks:
Hooray! You can wear your go-everywhere black leggings for yet another season. But look at that zipper down the calf: What a nice touch!
Boxy jackets are perfect to offset a super-girly dress. Plus, we love the nude tones, which are a welcome change from the pastels we wore last spring.
Love the gray on gray on gray, and we’re really glad to see skinny jeans instead of wide-legged ones.

From the printed hot pink scarf to the cuffed short-shorts to the electric-blue booties, this look is definitely not for the timid. It takes the right girl to work it.
We’re loving the draped, goddess nature of this printed dress. Plus, the kimono belt is bomb for girls with a little something to hide in their mid-sections.
