Halle Berry is recovering from a minor head injury suffered while shooting her latest movie.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, last night Halle was shooting an action scene for The Hive when she got hurt. Her rep said that the actress was working on a fight sequence when she suffered the minor head injury, but did not go into detail about what happened.
Halle was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and has since been released. A statement on the incident, which happened around 10 p.m., seems to imply that the injury was not very serious.
“[Halle] was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue with production as planned," her rep stated.
In the thriller The Hive, Halle portrays a 911 operator who is trying to save a caller (played by Abigail Breslin) from a killer.
