Monica, one of S2S‘ favorites, celebrated her 29th birthday with a blowout party in Atlanta.
She looked really happy as she kicked it with her family (her brother Montez and her longtime boo Rocko were there) and friends.
And the chilly weather didn’t dampen her style, either, as she paired a black long-sleeved top under her grey dress. She accessorized with black tights and leather booties plus two big rocks in her ear.
