Solange’s camp dispels label oust rumors

    Mathew Knowles and Interscope are stomping out rumors that Solange has been dropped from her label.
    "Our joint venture with Music World and Interscope/Geffen/A&M is very much in place for Solange. Her remarkable achievements speak for themselves,” Mathew said in a statement. “It’s very disappointing in recent days the amount of false statements in the marketplace.”
    Interscope backs Papa Knowles’ statement, saying, “Contrary to rumors floating through the Internet over the last few days, Solange remains a part of the Interscope/Geffen/A&M family.  It’s unfortunate that people have posted false information without checking their sources first."
    Music World has also said that the rumors aren’t true, but that it can’t provide any further details on the matter.
    Buzz about the split began Tuesday when AOL Blackvoices reported that Geffen/Interscope had cut ties with Solange. He said that news of Kelly Rowland leaving Columbia was leaked in order to overshadow Solange’s situation.
    Solange isn’t sweating the hear-say since she’s too busy getting her sun and surf on in ads for Op. The singer has become one of the new faces of the brand in
