Serena Williams’ Wimbledon workout style

Off the tennis court, pro Serena Williams is always stylish. On the court (and while working out for the court), the two-time Wimbledon Tournament winner is equally put together.

She was recently spotted jogging and wearing the cutest tee that read, "Are you looking at my titles?" Supposedly, it’s a Nike top (she endorses the brand).

We couldn’t find the top anywhere, but we found this one, which looks a little like the Rolling Stones logo with the Nike motto "Just Do It" in the middle. Cute, huh? (Reduced to $24.99)

Serena also wore white athletic capri pants, for which we think these Athleta Steamers Short ($49) would be a good substitute. Athleta is a line of fashionable workout gear from the same folks that make Gap and Banana Republic, and these shorts are great for running with their sweat-nicking terry fabric and a handy inside pocket (good for stashing an iPod or keys).

While jogging is great, tennis is the ultimate workout for many women: It works out all of our biggest problem areas (arms, abs and legs) and can be loads of fun with the right partner. Serena is almost always seen in crisp white tennis dresses, like this Nike Court Day Tennis Dress ($79.99).

For a more snug fit throughout the hip, this adidas Classic Black Dress ($50), is also a cute and functional option.

If you’re serious about getting your Serena on, check out the local YMCA for tennis lessons, or visit a fitness apparel store in your area for trainer recommendations.
