Jennifer Lopez is launching the fourth incarnation of her best-selling Glow fragrance this October.
My Glow will be Jenny from the Block’s attempt to bottle the essence of a mother’s love. According to Women’s Wear Daily, the top notes are water lily, lavender and freesia; midnotes include rose, peony and Casablanca Lily while the body is all musk and sandalwood.
J.Lo was inspired by motherhood (she’s mama to a couple of twins, Max and Emma, 17 months) to create this scent; the bottle cap idea even came from a soap that she has in the twins’ nursery. “My Glow came from where I am right now–a place of happiness and fulfillment at this intimate stage in my life,” she said. One of the babies is even featured in the ad campaign (we’re not sure which twin, as we could only see the back of a curly brown head!).
You’ll be able to get a bottle from over 2,000 department stores, which will likely include stalwarts like Macy’s, who has sold other Glow products. The eau de toilette prices range from $49.50-$59.50, while the Tender Body Lotion will retail for $29.50.
