Three companies have pulled their ads from Glenn Beck’s show on Fox News.
TVNewser.com reports that Layers.com, Procter & Gamble and Progressive Insurance are all distancing themselved from the conservative political pundit. They’re removed their ads from his 5 p.m. time slot.
This follows Glenn’s comments a few weeks back when he called President Barack Obama a racist who “has a deep-seated hatred for White people.” As a result ColorofChange.org called on advertisers to withdraw their support from his program.
Fox has said their network didn’t lose any revenue due to the companies’ withdrawl bscause they simply moved the ads to another time slot.
