Usher hasn’t signed them papers

It seems like Usher just can’t let go of estranged wife Tameka Foster because he still hasn’t signed their divorce papers.

True to his new single, “Filing Papers,” Usher did file the divorce papers in Fulton County Superior Court, according to documents obtained by GlobalGrind.com.

Usher registered for a split back in June 12, but the papers show that proceedings stopped a month later on July 13. And Tameka isn’t the one holding up the process, either!

"Tameka is actually the one overly ready for this divorce to be finalized. She is waiting on him. She’s ready to move on with her life. Usher is the one stalling on signing the papers,” a source told Global Grind.

Although the terms of the divorce have been negotiated, the insider added that Usher has been “ducking and dodging” when it comes to signing on the dotted line and officially ending the marriage.

So, it looks like the R&B heartthrob was singing a big game in “Filing Papers,” which will be featured on his upcoming album, Raymond vs Raymond. The title of the project even sounds like it’s about his divorce, but the source insists that that’s not the case.

"He’s torn between his mother, fans, family and the only woman he’s ever truly loved, hence the title Raymond vs Raymond. It’s his struggle with self. The fans have it all wrong,” the tipster said. “Tameka is so ready for this divorce to be final and he’s making it impossible to conclude this portion of her life."

But let’s not forget that Usher has also been seen creeping around with a new woman. So is he really ready to let go or not?  We’ll stay tuned, but in the meantime you can listen to his questionable single below.
