After months of being the hottest thing in fashion capitals, like New York, Los Angeles and Paris, Rihanna has traded in her eyebrow-raising everyday frocks for equally eyebrow-raising album cover outfits.
HelloBeautiful.com reports that the "Umbrella" songstress is busy preparing the artwork for her forthcoming album. Peep this video from the set:
For the shoot, Rihanna donned a huge, boxy, white fur coat over a nude leotard and the gravity-defying faux-hawk that she’s become known for lately.
When we spoke to RiRi’s go-to hair stylist, Ursula Stephens, earlier in the fall, she predicted that grown-out styles and light ends would be big this season (wonder how she knew that?).
If you want the look for yourself, it’s best to take a few pics to your stylist and have her hook you up. Once you’ve got the cut and color, Ursula says it’s all about the conditioner.
"That’s the only thing that maintains healthy hair, is deep conditioning," she told S2S. "I feel like conditioners are great, but they’re like the police: They only come after the damage is done. But I like prevention. Even if you don’t need a conditioner, it’s always good to throw one in there once a month. It should be part of your regimen."
To follow Ursula’s advice, try Redken’s Color Extend Conditioner ($9.99, Amazon.com) to maintain blond tips like Rihanna’s.
