Oprah gives BeBe Winans a no-go for her show

Oprah Winfrey has erased BeBe Winans from her show’s karaoke challenge until charges surrounding domestic abuse allegations are solved.
Recent criticism from bloggers and fans must have gotten back to Oprah after she announced that gospel artist BeBe would be appearing on her show.
Sites like TheDailyVoice.com reported that Oprah was contradicting herself by allowing BeBe on the show while he’s facing domestic violence charges for allegedly pushing his ex-wife to the ground. Oprag had openly refused to allow R&B sensation, Chris Brown on the show after beating up his girlfriend at the time, Rihanna.
After the incident between Chris and Rihanna, Oprah stated, “Domestic violence is something that I wouldn’t tolerate period.”
Bloggers accused Oprah of using a double standard when it came to her long-time friend BeBe, feeling that she should remain true to her statements against domestic violence.
The Huffington Post reports that Oprah has since taken BeBe off of the show until his domestic dispute is resolved.
