Iverson’s comeback packs 76ers game

Superstar basketball player Allen Iverson’s return to the Philadelphia 76ers packed the city’s NBA arena for the first time in years, reports the Philadelphia Daily News. He left the team three years ago to play for the Denver Nuggets, after selling out games for the Sixers for ten years, but returned to Philly on December 2.

"I had chill bumps running through my body the entire game," he said after the game.  "I feel like the fans here appreciate me, they appreciate my effort, and how I come to play every night. And that’s all you want as a basketball player. You want the coaches, your teammates and the fans to appreciate you and what you bring to the table. And that was the best part of the night, hearing these people’s voices all over again."
