    Who knew all you had to do for a new body was read?!  

     
    "I’m telling you, I’m not eating sugar. I didn’t even try to lose weight," Kelly told
    People.com at the About Face book launch in New York. She credits her new physique to following a few simple rules from You Are What You Eat.

     
    "[The author, Gillian McKeith,] is talking about sugar, she’s talking about meat, she’s talking about cheese,” she explained. “I did some of those things for a month, but for the most part, it is just sugar that is gone from my diet."

     
    Kelly said she’s lost about 10 pounds, but she’s not at ass bootylicious since the weight has mostly come from her hips and hind parts. So what’s she been doing to keep her frame in tact?

     
    "Right now, I have a pole dance instructor in Miami and she teaches me a lot," Ms. Kelly revealed. "You’d be surprised how hard those ladies work."
