Michelle Obama is solidifying her place as the coolest first lady ever with an appearance at the Nick’s Kids’ Choice Awards.
Nickelodeon has announced that it will be honoring Michelle with its Big Help Award during the event, taking place on Saturday. She’s being recognized for her Let’s Move campaign, which aims to fight childhood obesity.
Unfortunately, she won’t personally be in the building for the ceremony, but she has taped a message that will be played during the show. On the bright side, she can’t be slimed!
Nick has donated $3 million to Michelle’s cause, and the funds have gone to supporting programs that give kids a chance to run around and be active.
Luckily the audience gathered in Hollywood will still have a chance to do some stargazing up-close. Chris Rock, Jackie Chan, Keke Palmer, Queen Latifah, Justin Bieber and Rihanna are scheduled to make an appearance.
To see who else takes home a blimp from the KCAs, tune in to Nickelodeon on March 27 at 8 p.m. EST.
