Chris has advice for Tiger

Chris Rock thinks Tiger is setting the bar a little too high after the golfer’s shocking scandal.

During his sit–down on “The Tavis Smiley Show,” Chris said Tiger shouldn’t say he’ll never stray from wife Elin Nordgren again.

"Just say, ‘I’m going to try to do my best,’" Chris suggested, according to the New York Daily News.

"You never know when Alicia Keys might give you that look. What are you going to do? You’re powerless," Chris added. "He’s like, ‘This is worth getting hit with another golf club.’"

Chris and his wife Malaak Rock have been for 13 years, and they’ve weathered the storm of a brief separation in 1998. Since their reconciliation, Chris has done his best to remain faithful in his wife by not even putting himself in potentially problematic situations.

“I went on ‘David Letterman’ the other day, and I kissed my wife,” Chris shared. “I was back so fast, she would have thought I got a pizza or something.”

To hear more of Chris’ wisdom, be sure to watch “The Tavis Smiley Show” Thursday when his episode is set to air on PBS.
