The studio behind Men In Black 3D has announced a release date for the sci-fi blockbuster.

    According to
Deadline.com Columbia Pictures  has slated Men In Black 3D for a May 25, 2012 premiere.  Will Smith has been secured to star in the film as agent , but Tommy Lee Jones is still in contract negotiations to reprise the role of Agent K.

The film would also incorporate time travel in the plot. James Brolin is in talks to play a young Agent K from 1969.

There’s no word on when filming for Men In Black 3D is set to begin, but Will may have to make that shooting schedule work around another long-awaited project.

ComingSoon.net reports that producer Jerry Bruckheimer confirmed that Sony is penning a script for Bad Boys 3.

"It’s a wish and a hope and a dream. We’ve been working on a screenplay, which is excellent,” Jerry said during a junket for Prince of Persia: the Sands of Time. “It’s an idea Will gave us, so hopefully, it will come to fruition, we would love it to."
