Ubisoft intros MJ video game

Michael Jackson’s legacy as the King of Pop has found a new way to live on through your favorite game console.

Moonwalker, move over! Ubisoft recently announced at E3 that it is developing a game based on the music and moves of Mijac himself! It will be an interactive performance-based game, so we envision something that’s a mix of Rock Band and Dance Dance Revolution.

“We’re delighted to have the opportunity to develop a game based on the songs and moves of one of the world’s most incredible performers of all time,” Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot, said in a press release. “We expect the game to bring Michael Jackson fans, families and friends together with the energetic song and dance of The King of Pop.”

Ubisoft said that that as-yet untitled game will feature some of Michael’s most iconic tunes, such as “Beat It” and “Billie Jean”—we know “Thriller” better be included, too! Players can also learn how to pull off some of his best dance moves.

The game producer is planning to launch the game this holiday season on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii.
