Precious star Gabourey Sidibe isn’t the only one in her family with some solid talent.

Alice Tan Ridley, Gabourey’s mom, took her act to NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” last night and blew the judges away with her voice. When she got on stage to belt out Etta James’ “At Last” the judges had no choice but to invite her back to Las Vegas.

For those that don’t know, Alice has been singing for her supper in the New York subways for years! Once her baby girl hit it big, she didn’t drop that gig, but she did get some screen time of her own in this clip.

Sharon Osbourne was astonished that Alice didn’t already have a deal of her own, saying, "Millions of people must have gone back and forth on that subway over the 20 years. How come nobody signed you?"

"In terms of raw talent, the best audition of the day," judge Piers Morgan agreed.

With two judges backing her, Alice’s spot in Vegas was secured anyway, but Howie Mandel gave her props too.

"What an amazing voice," he said. "I love what you did and you deserve to be heard by much more than everybody on the train."
