Gladys Knight unveils jewelry line

Gladys Knight’s got style and she’s sharing it with her fans through a new line of sparkly accents.

Gladys is set to launch her self-titled jewelry line at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, where she’ll be performing on July 3. All of her designs come straight from the heart as the line features three different collections: Love, Music and Spirituality & Family.

Gladys will put her baubles up for grabs in the music festival’s marketplace. Ladies into the funky, earthy, bohemian look will definitely be digging the singer’s line—especially the Love collection.

And customers will be glad to know that they can look while doing some good by buying from the Gladys Knight Jewelry Collection. The beads used in her designs were handcrafted at the Kumasi Women’s Cooperative in Ghana; a portion of the proceeds from every sale is donated back to them.

You can view Gladys’ jewelry at the collections official website, where you can also sign up for a fabulous giveaway. At least one lucky winner will receive two weekend tickets to the Essence Music Festival or a piece from the singer’s line of jewelry.

    1. Gladys has always been a classy lady; and she’s weathered the storms well. Loved her in the movie, “I Can Do Bad All By Myself”.

    2. I’ve been to the Festival in New Orleans where Gladys launched her self-titled jewelry line. The Essence Music festival was pretty interesting but the thing that caught my attention (like definitely) were a pair of pear shaped engagement rings which really blew my mind. I would love to have my husband buy them for me. (sigh) I would love to shop for them
