Foxy Brown arrested again

Foxy Brown just can’t seem to stay out of trouble: She was arrested again!

This time, the rapped was taken into a custody for a dispute with her neighbor, who has a restraining order against her. Foxy was brought in after 6 p.m. on Wednesday, according to reports from TMZ.  She has since been released on $50,000 bail.

The details of the incident are still developing, and there have been several different reports about who initiated the incident. Earlier reports claimed that Foxy walked up to the neighbor and began calling her names, which is a breach of the restraining order they filed against Foxy. However, later reports claim that the neighbor began shouting at Foxy and Foxy ignored the neighbor and went into her own apartment.
According to reports from the New York Post, other neighbors, in the building, were forced to hold Foxy back before any physical contact occurred.
Foxy, who is now 31 years old, had a run-in back in 1997, for spitting on two hotel employees in North Carolina. When she missed the court appearance, she was ordered to 80 hours of community service.

In 2004, she attacked two manicurists after a dispute over a $20 bill that she refused to pay. That incident resulted in three years of probation and anger management classes. She was sentenced to one year in jail in 2007 for violating her probation.
