Facebook likes Kanye’s new material

Kanye West decided to pay a visit to Facebook and he brought some new material with him.
‘Ye had it looking like open mic night as he performed spoken word versions of some new songs from his upcoming album due out in September. The project is rumored to be titled Good A*$ Job, which makes sense to us since his last project was Graduation.

Instead of his usually outrageous style, Kanye dressed a little more professionally for the impromptu show, which Facebook employees eagerly captured on their phones.
The video you’re about to watch was recorded with the new iPhone 4.

“It’s been a minute since I’ve performed any fresh material in front of an audience, this could’ve been one of those moments… but it wasn’t,” the rapper said of his performance in a letter to Facebook. “Your energy was a gift so electric, so genuine, that it really helped me give my best.
“The energy was so inspiring I had to keep going!” he added. And, true to his word, Kanye did three more pieces from his album, including “Mama’s Boyfriend” and “Chain Heavy.”
