How to get LaLa’s wedding day look

LaLa Vazquez recently said “I do” to her long-time beau in NYC while rocking a to-die-for Vera Wang creation and an equally fabulous smile.

But while the ensemble was stunning, it was LaLa’s gorgeous, glowing face that drew the eye (or maybe it was the blingin’ ring on her finger!).  Interested in copying the new Mrs. Anthony’s wedding-day look? GoodGirlPR CIO Nickie Robinson gave us the scoop so you too can get glammed up!

According to Nickie, a la naturale was the name of the game on LaLa’s special day. Nickie spoke with celebrity makeup artist Eric Ferrell, who was in charge of making LaLa look even lovelier.

“I use a variety of things that work best on (LaLa), which I have figured out through trial and error, such as MAC Fast Response Eye cream, Proactive Oil-Free Moisturizer, and Revlon Photo Ready Liquid Makeup,” Eric said.

For extra oomph, LaLa’s gorgeous green peepers were framed by false lashes by eyelash guru Ja’Maal Buster, who has also worked with celebs such as Rihanna and Fergie. Ja’Maal himself was on hand on LaLa’s wedding day to apply the lovely lashes. According to Eric, LaLa was a dream bride, putting her trust in Eric’s talents and staying relaxed.

And, if you can’t get enough of Mrs. Anthony’s special-day style, try out her tousle-tressed look with these products, recommended by hairstylist Crystal Oliver, who took control of LaLa’s silky strands.

“Her hair was timeless and elegant for the occasion,” Crystal said. To achieve those lovely, luxurious waves, Crystal used products such as Phytospecific Optimal Hydration Milk ($26,
Sephora), Mirroir Glossing Cream by Lea Journo ($28, leajournoshop.com) and Rusk’s Radical Extreme Hold Finishing Hairspray ($10, beauty-mart.com).

If looking to start stylin’ from home, Crystal gave Nickie the following tips: “First, I smoothed out her ends of her hair with smoothing hair dressing (such as the glossing cream mentioned above). Next I took medium sections and wrapped the hair around a nickel-sized curling iron, curling away from her face. [I held] each section on curling rod for 6 seconds. After the full head … is completely curled and cooled, run your fingers through the curls to blend the sections, then set with holding spray.” Try it out!
