Marsha Ambrosius goes solo



    Marsha Ambrosius, one half of Floetry, is ready to make her debut as a solo artist.

    The singer is getting ready to release her debut album, Late Nights & Early Mornings, on October 26. For her first single, Marsha’s releasing a revenge single titled “Hope She Cheats On You (With A Basketball Player),” which she said is about a bad breakup.

    “We wanna be decent human beings and say the right thing,” Marsha said, “you know, ‘I wish you well.’ But this is, ‘Everything that could go wrong for him I want it to because my ego is bruised and I’m acting out.’"

    To hear all the other nasty things that Marsha has to say about  her ex, download “Hope She Cheats On You (With A Basketball Player)” from iTunes on August 17. The track hits radio on August 16.
