Mary J. Blige’s fragrance, My Life, set a sales record on the Home Shopping Network for its first weekend.

    According HSN,
My Life has sold more than 60,000 units. At $55 per bottle, Mary’s perfume has grossed more than $3 million since its debut on Saturday.  That’s good news for FFAWN, which is directly benefiting from the sale of My Life. For every bottle sold, HSN donates $1 to the organization.

The singer was on the set for the launch of My Life, produced through Carol’s Daughter, and she even accepted live calls from customers.

Once Mary heard that her fragrance had reached the 50,000 unit mark, she tweeted a heartfelt thanks to her fans, stating, “Fam!! We did it!! We broke records with My Life fragrance on HSN! And made history once again!!! 50K sold!!!”

“Thank you so much!!!!!!! What an amazing support system!!!” she added. “You guys are the best!!!!!!… You saved so many lives and dreams tonight with your purchase!!! So many women will be getting the second chance they deserve!!!”
