Desiree Rogers has bounced back from her infamous White House oust with job at Johnson Publishing.
After a quick climb up the ladder of success, people at Ebony and Jet are now answering to Desiree. MediaBistro.com reports that the former White House social secretary has recently been named CEO of the publishing powerhouse.
Johnson Publishing hired Desiree as a consultant back in June, but now she’s officially been promoted. It’s now her duty to run the company’s daily operations and coordinate business strategies for all of its publications.
Her predecessor, Linda Johnson Rice will remain on the company’s payroll as its chairman.
