Pilar Sanders is returning to reality TV with a much-buzzed-about VH1 spin-off.

The network has announced that Pilar, who is married to retired cornerback Deion Sanders, will be part of the “Football Wives” cast. The couple previously starred in a reality show about their family on Oxygen called “Prime Time Love.”

Not that we didn’t love “Basketball Wives,” but unlike the Shaunie O’Neal’s flagship series, most of the women on this show are actually married to their athletes. Joining Pilar on “Football Wives” will be Chanita Foster (married to UFL tackle George Foster), Dawn Neufeld (married to UFL tightend Ryan Neufeld), Amanda Davis (married to Dallas Cowboys guard Leonard Davis) and Melani Ismail (Rocket Ismail’s wife).

Pilar and Amanda aren’t the only wives with links to Dallas, though. Castmates Brittany Pigrenet, Erin McBriar and Merceds Nelson have all been involved with the Cowboys.  It’s fitting that Dallas is getting a lot of love from “Football Wives” since that’s where the show is being filmed.

Shaunie will also be acting as an executive producer on the VH1 show, which is set to premiere on October 24 at 10:30 EST.
