Michelle Williams hits the ballroom

Michelle Williams, formerly of Destiny’s Child, has gotten the ballroom bug on the BBC.

Michelle is one of the stars getting in step for “Strictly Come Dancing,” which inspired ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars.” Much like Brandy on "DWTS", she’s been paired with that show’s resident bad boy, Brendan Cole.
As much sassy shaking as we saw her do in videos like “Bootylicious” and “Lose My Breath,” we thought Michelle would be a natural. From the video we found, though, it seems she’s got a thing or two to learn about working it in dances like the Cha Cha Cha.

Sadly, the judges on the panel, including Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli from “DWTS,” were less than impressed with Michelle’s moves. It’s interesting to see the ABC judges critiquing style in the UK. Bruno is a bit more toned-down, and Len isn’t nearly as nice as the man who said judges shouldn’t be so hard on contestants.

Find out how Michelle did when you watch her debut on BBC’s “Strictly Come Dancing.”
