Atria Books has announced that the Chicago rapper is penning a memoir, titled One Day It’ll Make Sense, as part of his new deal with the publishing company.

The memoir will track his rise from hip-hop head to Hollywood heartthrob, starting from his childhood in South Side Chicago. One Day It’ll Make Sense, is also set to include passages about his collaborations with Kanye West.

There will also be info about his acting career, which includes a leading role in Queen Latifah’s Just Wright.

The memoir, to be co-authored by Adam Bradely, is slated for release in June 2011.
