Jay-Z brings 40/40 Club to airports

Jay-Z has just struck a deal that will give more travelers a taste of the good life.

Chili’s and T.G.I. Fridays better get ready for some stiff competition. Delaware North Companies (DNC) announced yesterday that it’s teaming up with Hov to bring his 40/40 Club to airports around the country.

"The 40/40 Club is all about creating first-class experiences for guests who want to relax and watch their favorite games," owner Desiree Perez said in a press release. "We want to see our club grow, and to bring those experiences to travelers.”

The deal will give weary flyers a high-end option for food and entertainment, as it will be a scaled-down version of Jay’s famous sports bar. Patrons will get to down delicious goodies and drinks while watching different games in an opulent lounge.
Delaware North stated that the lounge would also be decked out with one-of-a-kind jerseys.

"We are thrilled to partner with the 40/40 Club, to bring a stylish sports bar and lounge to airports across the country," said Robert Stanton, vice president of business development for Delaware North. "The club will bring a new experience that we are sure travelers will welcome."
As of press time, there was no word on when or where DNC would install the first airport version of the 40/40 Club.
