Toni Braxton lands network for show

Toni Braxton has locked down a network for her upcoming reality show.
WE TV has announced that it has picked up “Braxton Family Values,” which will follow the lives of Toni and her four sisters: Traci, Towanda, Trina and Tamar. Toni’s mom Evelyn will also be featured on the show.

The network has booked the show for a 10-episode run, starting April 12.
Last year, it was reported that the show would air on Bravo, but clearly that deal fell through. Attempts to contact Toni and her girls about their new deal had not been returned as of press time.

Viewers will already be very familiar with Toni and her personal life—particularly the details of her divorce from Keri Lewis and her recent financial troubles—but her sisters won’t just be serving as her backup on the show.

For example, you might remember Tamar Braxton from her own attempt at singing stardom. But did you know that she’s also married to the man that made Lady Gaga a star?

Then there’s Towanda, who is no stranger to reality TV after her brief run on the therapy-themed “Starting Over.” The show aired years ago, and it focused on women who wanted to work on themselves and make a change in their lives. Check out Towanda below.

There’s no word yet on whether Toni’s father will be part of the show. The relationship he’s had with all five of the Braxton women has been very strained since he left Evelyn.

To find out more about Toni’s talented family, you’ll have to watch “Braxton Family Values” this spring.
