Lil Kim Shoots Video for Black Friday
Lil Kim isn’t letting up in her campaign against Nicki Minaj. The Bionic Booty recently hit up Brooklyn with a rap group International Rock Stars (I.R.S. for short) to shoot a video for "Black Friday." Check out a behind-the-scenes clip of Kim and her crew running the streets.

Belt-Beating Video Goes Viral
A video of a man beating his teenage nephew with a belt has gone viral and ignited both sides of the debate about spanking as a way to discipline children.
Apparently, the nephew posted items on his Facebook wall that suggested he was participating in gang activity. His uncle wanted to set the record straight. While some who commented on the video found it laugh-out-loud hilarious, others were disturbed by the violence and the fact that the humiliating footage was posted on the Internet.
One S2S Facebook fan wrote, “Crazy!!!! That’s not funny or smart of him. I pray that boy don’t think about what his uncle/father did to him and try to hurt that man. All discipline is not good discipline!!!!”

Alvin Ailey Icon Steps Down
Judith Jamison stepped down as the Artistic Director of the famed Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre on Sunday after 21 years at the helm. Judith was appointed to the position by Alvin himself and took on the role shortly after his death in 1989.
Choreographer Robert Battle will be taking over Judith’s role. Judith will still be working closely with the company even though she’s officially retired. She told The Root, “I’ll have a desk at the company for at least a year and check into the classes and rehearsals, coach and keep up with things. One way or another, I’ll continue to educate and entertain — that’s my mantra.”
Raven Reveals New Body
Raven Symone is rocking a smaller frame these days, but she doesn’t seem to be comfortable with her new body. The actress told People.com that she was more confident as a plus-sized diva, and she’s not accustumed to the type of attention her weight loss has garnered.
She’s found a way to combat it, though. Actually, now I wear bigger clothes because I don’t like the way people stare at me," said Raven. "I liked it before. Now, you’re just looking at me for the wrong reasons. Before, you were actually looking at me for a real reason.”
To (kind of) illustrate her point, Raven rocked a cleaveage-baring, frily coat to the People’s Choice Awards. Take a peek at how Raven used to look in Revenge of the Bridesmaids.
