Omarion squashes bisexuality rumors
After a press release proclaiming that Omarion is bisexual hit the Web on Saturday, the R&B star quickly responded, dispelling the rumors and warning fans not to believe everything they read on the Internet.
"First and foremost, let me say I did not release that statement," the singer said. "You know, whatever people like is their business but I’m not gay or bisexual. I love women and that’s just what it is."
Regina King sets the record straight on ‘open letter’
Regina King and former “227” co-star Jackee Harry visited Andy Cohen on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” Sunday night. During the show, Regina set the record straight on an “open letter” telling Black women to consider interracial dating that was featured in Vibe magazine in May 2010.
Regina said she originally spoke to Vibe about her animated show “The Boondocks” in the interview. When the piece ran, though, the focus was on a statement she made encouraging Black women not to limit themselves romantically by only dating Black men. According to Regina, her statement was made in response to a question about why so many single Black women have difficulty finding love.
T-Pain releases Auto-Tune microphone
T-Pain has yet developed another way for you to sound just like him—even if you don’t have an iPhone. The singer-producer released his I Am T-Pain microphone at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas last week.
But T-Pain wasn’t the only hip-hop head presenting a product at CES. The Los Angeles Times reports that Ludacris unveiled a line of headphones called Soul by Ludacris. There are currently five models in his collection, which is manufactured by Signeo. Meanwhile, 50 Cent introduced his own headphones, Sleek by 50, which will be produced by H&H Imports.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy is Ukrainian ‘Bachelor’
After a few failed relationships, including a broken engagement to fellow "Dancing With the Stars" dancer Karina Smirnoff, Maksim Chmerkovskiy is looking for love again. Maks, who was Brandy’s partner from “Dancing With the Stars,” announced on his blog that he will be starring in a Ukranian version of ABC’s “The Bachelor.”
There were rumors that he’d previously turned down a chance to do the American version because he doesn’t like American women, but he denies those claims.
"The fact that I’ve turned down the American version has NOTHING to do with my ‘dislike’ of American women," Maks wrote. According to Entertainment Weekly he’d never even been offered the job.
Reportedly, Maks is shooting his turn on the reality show in the Ukraine right now and has been “pleasantly surprised” thus far by the experience.
