Wendy Williams will use her gift of gab to help people settle down and find love!
Today’s dating scene is a lot like shoe shopping: You have to try out a few pairs before deciding which one to take home. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out which one is the right fit for you, and you have to consult a girlfriend.
Enter Wendy and her upcoming game show "Love Triangle." Variety.com reports that the Game Show Network has hired Wendy to host 32 episodes of its upcoming series, which prompts contestants to chose one person for an exclusive relationship by the end of the show.
GSN anticipates that Wendy’s brand of chat will be a major draw for viewers, as "Love Triangles" features a talk show element. The network projects that the show, which debuts April 18, will bring something to GSN’s already successful format.
"We’ve had great success with our dating and relationship game shows ‘Baggage’ and ‘The Newlywed Game,’" GSN senior programming VP Kelly Goode told Variety. "’Love Triangle’ will follow in that vein and Wendy will bring a strong voice, personality and sense of humor to the show."
