On a recent “Fashion Police” episode, Ciara made a comment that Rihanna wasn’t so nice to her when they bumped into one another at a recent party. Ciara said, “I ran into her recently at a party. She wasn’t the nicest. It’s crazy because I’ve always loved and respected what she’s done in fashion. It wasn’t the most pleasant run-in.”
My sources, Google, told me that this party occurred during the recent All-Star events. Allegedly, Ciara was there to support the already-spoken-for baller she’s seeing. My sources also told me that RiRi caught wind of Ciara’s actions and threw her some shade.
Rihanna posted a comment on Twitter after hearing about Ciara’s comments on TV and the two songbirds exchanged a few words:
Rihanna: ‘My bad CI, did I 4get to tip u?
Ciara: ‘Trust me Rihanna you don’t want to see me on or off the stage.’
Rihanna: Good luck with bookin that stage u speak of.’
Ciara: Pure Comedy.
Sha Hayes: This is when the publicist steps in and all the fake apologies and make-ups start.
Rihanna: Ciara baby, I love u girl! U hurt my feelings real bad on TV! I’m heartbroken! That’s y I retaliated this way! So sorry!’
Ciara: ‘Rhi, u know it’s always been love since day 1! Doing shows and everything. You threw me off in that party! Apology accepted. Let’s chat in person.’
Umm Ciara, too late for the in-person chat. You told the world on TV how you felt about Rihanna. The first mistake Ciara made was caring about Rihanna in the first place, and I need Ciara to know she just lost like 12 points … ok, more like 50.
Beyoncé wouldn’t care if Keri Hilson didn’t speak to her. Her husband already told her how to handle such situations. He wrote the song about it. You wanna hear it? Here it goes, “Gone brush your shoulders off.” Come on, CiCi, once you are the veteran in the game, the rookies are supposed to care about speaking to you, not the other way around.
