Royce Reed’s tweets, which ex Dwight Howard claims violate her gag order, may cost her more than $500,000.
That’s one harsh lesson on the dangers of celebrity tweeting.
Dwight’s camp claims that Royce’s agreement to not speak about their 2-year-old son Braylon and to shield him from the public eye, was violated when she posted photos of her child to her Twitter page.
According to TMZ, that faux pas could cost Royce a mansion and more than $500,000 in child support.
In the meantime, Dwight’s lawyers have reportedly frozen all of Royce’s bank accounts and confiscated her vehicle. Now it’s up to Dwight to decide whether or not to seize more of her property. However, he cannot take her home.
This isn’t the first time Royce’s social media habits have gotten her into trouble with Dwight. In 2006, he filed a suit against her for posting unflattering comments about him online. For her alleged 11 instances of breaking the agreement, Dwight asked for $500 million.
