Qwanell Mosley, formerly of Day 26, can’t be seen on “Making the Band” anymore, but he’s hoping to star in his own reality series soon.
The R&B singer has released a trailer for “Beyond the Music,” a show that focuses on him and his life after Bad Boy.
The words “redemption” and “resilience” help introduce the 50-second trailer that doesn’t feature any former Day 26 members or former Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard.
“I don’t have no problem with none of them,” he said of his former bandmates. “I had to find myself. I feared that people would think I was a bad person.”
In the snippet from Lucid Bleu Entertainment, Qwanell is shown questioning a contract from Bad Boy and refusing to sign his “life over.”
In 2009, it was reported that Que was abruptly kicked out of the group without warning. In 2010, it was rumored that Que and Dawn would star in their own MTV reality series, but that never manifested.
Since then, Que has not been in the public spotlight much but has recorded a few solo tracks and released the Q’Files and Guitar Her mixtapes.
