Add Kanye to your gym playlist
Looking for that extra edge when you hit the gym? Turn on some Kanye West.
Gold’s Gym has just announced that gym buffs nationwide have just voted Kanye’s “Stronger” as the best workout song of all time!
“Stronger” was up against 63 other song in Gold’s March Music Competition. Michael Strahan, formerly of the New York Giants, suggested the Daft Punk-sampled song.
Since Michael’s song won, Gold’s will donated $5,000 to the charity of his choice. “The song brings back great memories of Super Bowl XLII (The New York Giants came out to ‘Stronger’ before beating the New England Patriots 17-14) and is still on my iPod everyday in the gym,” Michael said in a statement. “What’s even more special is that I get to share this win with my friend Sammy Arthur, with the proceeds going to his charity, The Health & Humanitarian Aid Foundation.”

Tyrese talks cheating
Tyrese visited Wendy Williams on Friday to discuss his new book, Get Out of Your Own Way, and to shed some light on why men cheat.
“Most mothers raise their daughter to believe that if you cook, clean, thoroughly take care of your man… that will keep him home. Unfortunately, that’s not the truth,” he said. “If you end up being cheated on, don’t own the cheat,” he advised.
But once he explained that men are expected to cheat, the crowd sent a few boos Tyrese’s way. He tried to clean up his comments, but time ran out.
Tyrese is currently on tour promoting his book. Sunday night he urged his followers to send Twitter messages to Oprah and recommend him for her show.
After his cheating explanation on Wendy’s show, he might need to go on “Oprah” to clear up his comments.

NeNe attacks LaToya
The much-talked-about beef between Star Jones and NeNe Leakes of “Celebrity Apprentice” has yet to manifest, but that’s not to suggest there hasn’t been any drama.
On last night’s show, NeNe went off on LaToya Jackson, who led her team to victory as the project manager.
NeNe raised her voice and referred to LaToya as “Casper the friendly ghost.”
“The only reason why you got this far is ‘cause of your last name,” she said before calling LaToya an old woman and suggesting that she act her age.
Is it possible NeNe was jealous because LaToya won her challenge as project manager while she wasn’t so lucky?
