Willow Smith has the distinct honor of kicking off her week with President Barack Obama as part of a White House tradition.
The White House has announced that the 10-year-old pop princess is set to perform at the 133rd Annual White House Easter Egg Roll on Monday, April 25.
The Roll, which will be held on the South Lawn, is the biggest public event for the White House.
On the heels of that exciting announcement is news that Willow’s debut album is almost ready. During the premiere of Madea’s Big Happy Family, Teyana Taylor told MTV News, "It’s coming along great — very her. When you hear it, you’re gonna love it."
What does Teyana know about Willow’s studio project? As it turns out Teyana is writing for the album and she said the tracks she’s working on are "up-tempo, fun, dance, young, fresh, new, in the now."
Teyana hinted that Willow fans won’t be waiting too much longer to hear the finished product. "Very soon," Teyana said of the album’s impending release. "Sooner than you know."
