Come September, there will be no excuses for the ladies to not dress to impress. With the help of designer Rachel Roy, NBA player—and fashion trendsetter—Amar’e Stoudemire will launch a clothing line for Macy’s.
Amar’e told the New York Post in February, “We’re trying to give the women something to wear when they go to sporting events. I want to add some flair to the hoodies and T-shirts.”
The collection’s prices will most likely range from $45 to $250, Women’s Wear Daily reported. That’s a reasonable price to pay while sitting courtside at a basketball game.
As you know, last month, a source hinted that Rachel may have wanted to make a move on Amar’e while collaborating on the line but since then triple threat Ciara has stepped into the picture.
Over the weekend, Ciara was spotted jet skiing over the waves at Miami Beach with the New York Knicks power forward. She and her beau finally are showing off their new relationship for the world to see.
But Ciara isn’t Amar’e’s sole connection to the music industry. Sources said that he’s eager to work in the studio with Lil’ Jon and Swizz Beatz, who recently produced the Knick’s new theme song, “Go New York Go.” Amar’e is definitely expanding his horizons.
